Until what time can I Check-In/Out?

You can check-in between 15h00 and 21h30. We always ask our guests to arrive at the stipulated time, however you can request an earlier or later check-in by phone +351 927 532 030.
Check-out must be done until 11h00. After 11h00, and with prior approval from reception, you may stay until 16h00 for an additional fee of 10 euros/hour.

Where can I park?

You can park for free inside the property of the lodging.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included for all bookings. In the fridge of each flat you will find essential food items for the following day’s breakfast.
Fresh bread and traditional cakes are placed on your doorstep every day around 9am. A form is also available where you can state your preferences for the next day’s breakfast.
This form is requested to be placed on the outside table along with all empty containers by 12h00.

Are pets accepted?

Pets are accepted.

Are the flats accessible to people with reduced mobility?

One of our flats is being prepared to welcome people with reduced mobility, however, we do not yet have the ideal conditions to do so.

I need to change or cancel my reservation. How can I do this?

To change your reservation, please send us an email to info@lugarnasestrelas.com.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made on special dates such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, July and August, Carnival and Easter.

Do the flats have heating/air-conditioning?

All the flats have air conditioning where you can regulate the temperature as you wish.

Are the kitchens in the flats fully equipped?

Yes, all kitchens are equipped with electrical appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, electric ceramic hob, fridge and electric kettle), tableware, cooking utensils and a basic ingredients kit (oil, vinegar and salt).

I don’t want to cook, where can I eat?

If you are arriving late and don’t want to cook, you can request one of our gastronomic services.

If you are a gastronomy lover, you can and should try the typical dishes of the region. If you wish, we can send you a list with our best suggestions of restaurants.

Is there a grocery/supermarket in the village?

We have a grocery shop right down the street and also in the village centre.
At the lodge you can also buy cheeses and sausages and some regional ingredients.
